How this fits together
Website build vs add-ons vs standalone work
Your website package covers design and build. Connecting the tools your business actually runs on — booking, email, ordering, reviews — is scoped as a fixed add-on so you know the price before work starts.
We recommend the right tools
A salon needs Fresha or Timely, not generic Calendly. A restaurant needs ResDiary and QR ordering, not a contact form. We match the tool to your industry, set it up, and test it on your site.
Add-ons with a new build
Pick your package, then tell us what tools you use (or want to use). We quote each integration as a fixed line item — no open-ended hourly.
Standalone (no new site)
Already have a site? Integration sprints wire booking, analytics, or email to your existing pages. Shopify ops sessions fix store configuration without a rebuild — deliverables are agreed up front.
Who pays software bills
You keep subscriptions in your name (Fresha, Mailchimp, Shopify, Xero — whatever you use). You pay those vendors directly; our fee covers setup, configuration, and testing — not their monthly invoices.
When hourly or blocks apply
Fixed scopes use package or add-on pricing. Half-day and day blocks cover discovery or multi-tool days. The hourly rate in the FAQ applies to agreed change orders and ad-hoc support — always agreed before the clock runs.
From-prices on the pricing page
Every add-on module and standalone sprint is listed with NZD from-prices alongside your packages. Half-day and full-day blocks apply when the work is best scoped as time (discovery or multi-tool days); the hourly rate applies to agreed change orders and ad-hoc work — see the FAQ.
